11+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE · LICENSED PROFESSIONAL COUNSELOR · IDAHO, OREGON & UTAH

You've gotten really good at keeping everyone else happy.

Maybe you've become the person everyone can count on. You say yes when you want to say no. You replay conversations. You worry about disappointing people. You avoid conflict because keeping the peace feels easier than dealing with the fallout.

But you don't have to stay stuck in those patterns.

WHAT WE CAN WORK ON

How I can help.

You don't need to become a different person. Together, we'll work on the patterns that keep you second-guessing yourself, putting everyone else first and feeling stuck.

02

ANXIETY & OVERTHINKING

Stop replaying conversations, questioning every decision, and worrying about what everyone else thinks. Learn to quiet the noise and feel more confident in your choices.

03

RELATIONSHIPS & SELF-TRUST

Break the patterns that keep showing up in your relationships, communicate more confidently, and learn to trust yourself again.

01

BOUNDARIES &
PEOPLE-PLEASING

Learn to say no without the guilt spiral, stop over-explaining yourself, and make decisions based on what you actually want.

Therapy should do more than
give you a place to vent.

Of course you need a space where you feel heard and understood. But meaningful change also means looking honestly at patterns keeping you stuck - and learning how to do things differently.

I won't just nod along.

I'll meet you with compassion, but I won't be afraid to ask the hard questions, point out when you're getting in your own way, and help you build practical tools you can actually use outside of therapy.

I believe therapy should feel like a conversation with someone who gets you - and isn't afraid to tell you the truth.

I work with women who are tired of second-guessing themselves, overthinking everything, and putting everyone else's needs ahead of their own. My style is warm, straightforward, and practical. We'll look at the patterns keeping you stuck, talk honestly about what isn't working, and help you decide what you want to do differently.

GOOD TO KNOW

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does therapy cost?

Individual sessions are $175.

Do you offer online therapy?

Yes. All sessions are held securely by video, so you can meet with me from a private, comfortable space that works for you.

What happens during a free consultation?
Do you accept insurance?

I am a private-pay practice and do not bill insurance directly. I can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Coverage varies by plan, so I recommend checking your out-of-network benefits directly with your insurance provider.

Where can I see you for therapy?

We'll spend about 15 minutes talking about what you're looking for, I'll answer any questions you have, and we'll get a sense of whether working together feels like a good fit.

I provide online therapy to clients located in Oregon, Idaho, and Utah at the time of their session.

How do I know if we're a good fit?

If you want a therapist who will listen with compassion and also be willing to challenge you, we may be a great fit. I won't just nod along—I'll help you recognize the patterns getting in your way and figure out what to do differently.
